    Poor customer service. Ordered Interior trim and the color is not even close to the original. I understand parts fade, but the color variation of my old and new piece are not even close.

    Response to below comment: The sales person I talked to was snarky when I called about the color variation. He listed a whole host of reasons why I shouldn't return the part. By the time I ship it back, pay your restocking fee, etc. I would only recoup about 2/3 of the cost of that part. Not worth it. So for your inconvenient service and shoddy part you get 1 star.
